Banbir Das(1965 Batch) will sponsor a Gold medal for best grad

Here is a great and proud news for us.
Er. Banbir Das ( 1965civil) wish to donate around a lakh in memory of his father Late Narendra Prasad Das. Exact amount & other modalities will be worked out.He has visited our campus during the first conovocation and the proposal is accepted by our Vice-Chancellor. The interest earned can be utilised to give a token Gold medal plus some cash & a certificate to either the best allrounder graduate for 2010. He has got similar token gold medal plus cash
from University of Roorkee in 1977 for securing First Class First
position in ME(Str).
